Order Confirmation
When you place an order with Urbanstoolz, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a tax invoice receipt. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. If you do not receive these emails, check your spam or junk folder.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Most metro and regional postcodes in Australia enjoy competitive rates, but some remote or bulky orders may incur a surcharge. You can view your shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
- Standard orders are typically processed within 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may extend to 14 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends are processed the following Monday.
Priority Processing
Want your order processed faster? Select "Priority Processing" at checkout for expedited handling and priority access to available stock. Most priority orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (standard shipping estimates apply from dispatch).
Where We Ship
We currently ship throughout Australia and New Zealand. Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or post offices.
Delivery Estimates
- Victoria: 1-5 business days
- South Australia: 3-8 business days
- New South Wales: 3-10 business days
- ACT: 4-11 business days
- Queensland: 4-11 business days
- Tasmania: 4-12 business days
- Western Australia: 5-14 business days
- Northern Territory: 5-15 business days
These are estimates from the shipment date, not the order date. Your tracking link will provide an accurate ETA.
Remote Area Surcharges
Some remote, regional, or island postcodes may incur an additional delivery surcharge or may not be eligible for delivery. If a surcharge applies, you’ll see it at checkout. If delivery is not possible, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All standard deliveries are processed under Authority to Leave (ATL). If the driver considers it safe, your order will be left at your address without a signature. If you prefer not to authorise ATL, specify this in the Order Notes at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please note, tracking updates may occasionally be delayed by the courier.
Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@urbanstoolz.com.au within 30 days of dispatch. Please include photos for damaged items.
- If your parcel is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional fees may apply).
- For unsuccessful deliveries, follow the instructions from your courier’s missed delivery slip to arrange re-delivery or collection.
Special Delivery Notes
- Delivery is to the ground floor only for apartments or properties with limited access.
- If you live in a property with unusual access, delivery will be made to the base of the property (e.g., carport, driveway).
