At Urbanstoolz, we want you to shop with confidence knowing you’re always getting the best deal. That’s why we offer a Price Match Guarantee on identical products from Australian competitors.

How to Request a Price Match

• Email proof of the competitor’s advertised price, including their shipping cost for the identical product, to info@urbanstoolz.com.au.
• Include your postcode in the subject line.
• Acceptable proof includes a screenshot or a direct link to the competitor’s offer.

Once we receive your request, our team will verify that the competitor’s product is identical, available for immediate sale, and confirm their shipping rate. If approved, we’ll create a custom order for you at the matched price. If you’ve already purchased, we’ll refund the difference.

Eligibility and Exclusions

• The price match applies only to advertised prices plus shipping costs.
• We do not match additional discounts, promo codes, or special offers.
• Excludes offers not available to the general public (trade pricing, bulk, special events, membership discounts).
• Cashback promotions, clearance, factory seconds, ex-display, or refurbished products are not eligible.
• Products sold by third-party sellers on marketplaces, auction, or classified platforms are excluded.
• Prices significantly below manufacturer’s RRP or due to errors are not eligible.
• No matches to overseas suppliers.

Our Price Match Guarantee is valid before purchase and up to 24 hours after your purchase.
